Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is mental performance training?

Mental performance training involves using evidence-based psychological tools to help athletes build confidence, manage pressure, and improve focus. It's training your brain just like you train your body for your sport.

Is this only for elite or professional athletes?

Not at all. Mental training is beneficial for athletes at every level—from youth and high school players to collegiate and professional competitors. Anyone looking to overcome mental blocks can benefit.

How long are the sessions and where do they happen?

Individual sessions are typically 30-60 minutes long. We offer virtual coaching for convenience, allowing athletes to train from wherever they are most comfortable.

Can you help with injury recovery?

Yes, managing the fear of re-injury and maintaining an athlete identity during rehabilitation are key focuses of our injury support specialty.

Do you work with teams or just individuals?

Both! We offer one-on-one sessions for individual athletes and interactive workshops or seasonal training programs for entire teams and coaching staffs.
